Program Information

  • Graduate students must complete their program within six (6) years of matriculation.
  • All courses must be passed with a “C” (2.0) or better to be counted in the program.
  • Students must earn a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 to graduate. Students who fail to maintain a 3.0 GPA average may be dismissed from the program.
  • Graduate courses cannot be repeated more than once.

Master of Business Administration - Arts Administration Curriculum (33-36 Credits)


Note:


BA 6000 - Business Foundations  will be waived for students with an undergraduate business degree from an AACSB-accredited institution.

Students with undergraduate business degrees may choose to replace the required core course that corresponds to their undergraduate major with an elective course. Only one course may be waived and it must be replaced with an elective course.

Arts Administration Emphasis Courses (9 Credits)


Elective Courses (0-3 Credits)


Complete 0-3 credits from the following to reach the minimum required 36 credits (or 33 credits for students who have BA 6000 waived):

Program Learning Outcomes


  • Demonstrate a basic knowledge of each major functional area of business, including accounting, economics, finance, management, and marketing.
  • Demonstrate a basic proficiency in fundamental professional skills, including written communication, oral communication, critical thinking, analytical skills, and ethical decision making.
