Overview of Programs

The Department of Library and Information Science at SUU offers all the coursework necessary for the Library Media minor and the Utah Library Media Endorsement (both undergraduate and graduate). If you are interested in getting into the program, please read through the Frequently Asked Questions and fill out the School Library Media Application.

To earn the School Library Media Endorsement, a student must successfully complete the Southern Utah University program for school library media endorsement and pass the required Praxis II: Subject Assessment Test #5311 (Library Media Specialist) within five (5) years of applying to the program.
