NFS 4040 - Nutrition Communication and Counseling

3 credits

Communication and counseling skills/strategies to enhance dietary change. Instructor signature required for enrollment. A minimum grade of “C” (2.0 or above) must be earned in this course before it can be counted in a Human Nutrition major or minor or as a prerequisite for any other course.  Must be a Human Nutrition major to enroll. (Fall, Spring)

Prerequisite: NFS 1020 , NFS 2020 , NFS 3030
