NURS 4551 - Leadership and Management for the RN to BSN

This course discusses historical, contemporary, and current management and leadership concepts while exploring self-application techniques and models through individual leadership abilities and styles. 45 Clinical hours are embedded in this course. This course is designed for the student enrolled in the RN to BSN program. Must be completed with a grade of “C” (2.0) or better. (Fall, Spring, Summer) [Graded (Standard Letter)]

Prerequisite(s): NURS 3141  and instructor permission - Prerequisite Min. Grade: C
Registration Restriction(s): Acceptance into RN to BSN major
