Southern Utah University will provide an Associate of Applied Science degree with two emphases: Rotor-Wing (i.e. helicopter) Pilot and Fixed Wing (conventional airplane) Pilot. These tracks share a common core of both general education and general aviation courses. Specialized flight labs involving simulators and various aircraft will be housed at the Cedar City Airport.
