Complete a minimum of 4 credits from the following: Program Learning Outcomes
- Explore school librarianship as a career.
- Employ a variety of strategies to foster the development of ethical digital citizens, enthusiastic readers, and discerning information users.
- Model, facilitate, and advocate for equitable access to and the ethical use of resources in a variety of formats.
- Integrate the National School Library Standards to foster a positive learning environment and prepare all learners for college, career, and life.
- Collaborate with a school’s learning community to strategically plan, deliver, and assess instruction.
- Deepen understanding of children’s and young adult literature, digital and information literacies, and current instructional technologies.
- Engage in leadership, collaboration, advocacy, and professional networking.
- Apply digital tools, resources, and instructional technologies to design and adapt learning experiences.
