Project Management (Certificate)

Program Information

All courses must be passed with a “C” (2.0) or better to be counted in the program.
Students must earn a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 to graduate.
Graduate courses cannot be repeated more than once.

This certificate program may be completed independently and does not require enrollment in or completion of any degree program to be awarded.

Demonstrate an understanding of key terminology and frameworks in project management
Demonstrate the ability to apply project management tools for analyzing projects, as well as for assessing the firms’ project management practices
Demonstrate an understanding of how project management contributes to achieving the strategic objectives of the firm
Demonstrate the ability to incorporate ethical decision-making strategies to managing projects
Apply the principles learned in the emphasis in preparation to take the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) exam administered by the Project Management Institute
