Program Information
- Students are strongly encouraged to consult their Student Success Advisor before making coursework selections.
- Because of the intensive nature of the Dual-Licensure, additional time will be needed to complete all requirements.

Special Education Courses (21 Credits)
Teacher candidates can begin the Special Education program in the Fall, Spring, or Summer semester.
Student Teaching (12 Credits)
Complete One of the Following
Total Credits, B.A./B.S. Degree (Elementary Education): 120-171
Complete Elementary Education major, licensure component, and Special Education courses.
Total Credits, B.A./B.S. Degree (Secondary Education): 120+ (Varies)
Complete Secondary Education major, licensure component, and Special Education courses (credits vary according to discipline).
