Program Summary

SUU English Department’s program in literature aims to cultivate knowledge and appreciation of literature from a variety of perspectives and cultures. The Department offers a comprehensive program of study that includes both broad survey courses and specialized seminars. Faculty foster in students knowledge of human cultures, the ability to analyze texts, proficiency with both written and oral communication skills, and information literacy.

Program Information

All courses must be passed with a “C-” (1.7) or better to be counted in the minor.
