FREN 3510 - History & Culture of Premodern France

3 credits

This course is an overview of the historical and cultural development of France from the Gauls to the French Revolution. It emphasizes the part that France has played in the European community and on the international level. It may be repeated once for credit. (As needed)

Prerequisite: FREN 2020  or the equivalent
