This course concludes the capstone requirements and guides students in creating a professional ePortfolio that showcases their educational achievements, leadership development, personal growth, communication skills, and career interests. To develop a comprehensive ePortfolio, students will need to revise and curate work from previous courses, reflect on the knowledge and skills gained throughout the program, and articulate their professional goals and values as they prepare for entry into the workforce, graduate studies, or other post-graduation pursuits. Additional requirements will include revisions of a resume, cover letter, leadership philosophy statement, identifying professional references and networks, and mock interviews.
