ORGL 4965 - Organizational Leadership Capstone Project

In this course, students will complete the capstone project initially developed and approved in ORGL 4960. Students will apply and synthesize program knowledge while critically engaging with the material to develop innovative, interdisciplinary solutions to a real-world leadership challenge. Projects should align with students’ interests and demonstrate mastery of key theories, methodologies, and leadership concepts from their coursework.

Upon successful completion of ORGL 4965, students should enroll in ORGL 4970 to fulfill the remaining capstone requirements for the program. (As Needed) [Graded Letter]
