An introduction to energy resources and their relationship to geologic processes. Emphasis on the diversity of energy sources in the 21st Century, including solar, wind, hydroelectric, fossil fuels, geothermal, and nuclear. A minimum grade of “C” (2.0 or above) must be earned in this course before it can be counted in a Geosciences major or minor or as a prerequisite for any other course. (Spring) [Graded Letter]
