This course will focus on how nurse leaders in all practice areas can act to create safe forums for ethical discussion, reasoning, and influence. Students will develop knowledge and skills to help lead healthcare organizations to ensure a positive ethical practice environment. Biomedical ethical principles that influence population health outcomes and health equity will be examined. (Fall, Spring, Summer) [Graded Letter]
