CE 3200 - Hydraulic Engineering and Hydrology

This course is designed to introduce the basic concepts of hydraulic engineering and hydrology. The student shall learn the principles and applications of engineering hydrology. These will provide the students with all the tools for analysis, management, and simulation used to design and operate water resources systems and facilities like dams, canals, bridges, sewer systems, and irrigation systems. The course helps students to design various types of water structures, such as dams, weirs, barrage, spillways, canals, levees, gates, locks, etc. (Fall) [Graded (Standard Letter)]
