This course examines the pharmacotherapeutic agents and complementary interventions used in the treatment of illness as well as the promotion, restoration, and maintenance of health and wellness. Emphasis will be placed on clinical judgment and the RN role as it relates to concepts of safe medication administration, monitoring, and effectiveness. (Fall, Spring) [Graded (Standard Letter)]
