Students will learn different global supply chain strategies, how to improve supply chain processes, how to manage risk, where to locate facilities, where to source from, and how to tackle sustainability challenges. In addition, students will learn the application of theories to global supply chain management and study case studies further developing problem-solving skills and learning about the main issues in supply chain management.
