NFS 1245 - Introduction to Food Preparation Lab

Lab experiences designed to accompany and support the discussion of ingredients, manipulation, techniques, and food preparation methods discussions in NFS 1240. A minimum grade of “C” (2.0) or higher must be earned in this course before it can be counted in a Human Nutrition major or minor as a prerequisite for any other nutrition course. (Spring) [Graded (Standard Letter)]

Co-requisite(s): NFS 1240 

Prerequisite(s): Instructor permission
Registration Restriction(s): Intensive English Program majors may not enroll
