This text- and case-based course hones the students’ computerized tax research skills dealing with a wide variety of income tax issues. Areas of additional learning cover the rules and ethics of tax practice, the historical development of tax law, tax research methodology, and understanding the significance of constitutional/legislative, administrative, and judicial tax law.
