MATH 0993 - Fundamentals of Mathematics II (SSS Support) 4 Credit(s)
Fundamental mathematical ideas with a focus on formulas and graphs. Topics include simplifying expressions with integer exponents, integers, fractions, decimals, and radicals. Students will also solve linear equations and inequalities and graph equations involving two variables. Additional topics include sequences, series, set operations, and operations with polynomials. Enhanced with additional classroom and tutoring support. Limited to Student Support Services (SSS) students. Credit is not counted towards graduation; this course will prepare students to be successful in college-level mathematics courses. (Fall, Spring) [Remedial Graded]
Prerequisite(s): MATH 0953 or adequate test score within the last two (2) years - Prerequisite Min.
