GEO 1030 - Earthquakes, Volcanoes, and Natural Hazards 3 Credit(s)
A General Education course. The basic principles of geology are introduced here by examining geologic hazards including earthquakes, volcanoes, and landslides. Three (3) lectures per week. A minimum grade of “C” (2.0 or above) must be earned in this course before it can be counted in a physical science major or minor or as a prerequisite for any other course. (Fall, Spring) [Graded (Standard Letter)]
