GEO 2210 - Geology of Southern Utah

A General Education course for both non-science and science majors, geared to the needs of elementary and secondary teachers. Emphasis is placed on the geologic evolution and stratigraphy of the Colorado Plateau and the Great Basin. A minimum grade of “C” (2.0 or above) must be earned in this course before it can be counted in a physical science major or minor or as a prerequisite for any other course.
