MGMT 6200 - Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

This course introduces students to negotiation principles and tools. Students will sharpen their problem-resolution skills in a negotiation setting and explore negotiation strategies and tactics from both a conceptual and an applied basis. Students will develop and apply the necessary skills to resolve conflict and achieve mutually beneficial agreements. (As Needed) [Graded]
