Program Summary

Students completing this certificate in Aviation Administration and Leadership will be able to discuss the historical, global, ethical, and socio-political context of the aviation industry’ use and integrate core business aspects of aviation administration, including finance and management principles; effectively apply strategic analysis and decision-making skills for aviation applications, supported by appropriate quantitative and qualitative methods and information technology; and integrate the principles of organizational behavior within aviation structures as it pertains to employee performance, teamwork, conflict resolution, aeronautical decision making, and safety management.

  • All courses must be passed with a “C” (2.0) or better to be counted in the certificate.

This certificate program may be completed independently and does not require enrollment in or completion of any degree program to be awarded.
