Program Summary

The Business Analytics Minor is designed to provide students with complementary skills in both business and data analytics in preparation for the increasingly data-driven business world. The minor combines courses in computer programming, statistical methods, and managerial decision-making to prepare students for addressing real-world business problems through the analysis of available data.

Program Information

Students must earn a minimum overall GPA of 2.0 in the minor requirements.

Program Learning Outcomes

Be proficient in applying the key methods of data analytics involving classification, regression, and prediction in important business contexts.

Be able to apply the fundamental methods of Managerial Economics to improve business decision-making and solve business problems.
