Communication - Messaging and Human Interaction Emphasis (Minor)

Program Information

  • All courses must be passed with a “C-” (1.7) or better to be counted in the minor.

Messaging and Human Interaction Minor Curriculum (21 Credits)


  • COMM 1010 - Introduction to Communication  (can be used to fulfill General Education Humanities Breadth Area) is required for all Communication minors.
  • A minimum of 21 credit hours, including COMM 1010, must be taken to satisfy a minor.
  • Of the remaining 18 credit hours, a minimum of 12 credit hours must be from the core or required courses for the emphasis and 12 credit hours must be upper-division (3000-4999)
