Program Summary

A minor in Physical Education - Teaching/Coaching is part of the preparation to earn licensure to teach Physical Education in both Primary and Secondary schools. Graduates with a minor in PE - Teaching/Coaching will develop coaching skills that can be applies at numerous levels such as youth sports programs, middle or high school, and college athletic programs.

All courses must be passed with a “C-” (1.7) or better to be counted in the minor.
