Please note: This degree is only for transfer students who have earned the Culinary Arts Certificate from Southwest Technical College (1030 clock hours) or Uintah Basin Technical College (900 hours).
General Technology - Culinary Arts Management Specialty Curriculum (64-67 Credits)
30 University credit hours will be awarded upon completion of the above courses in recognition of the required 900+ hours of technical training, per SBR Policy R473.
