Graduate Elementary Mathematics Endorsement


Requirements (18 Credits)


In addition to the minimum requirements, applicants to this program must also submit:

  • Proof of teaching license or equivalent
  • One letter of reference from most recent education supervisor (superintendent or principal)

Recommended sequence of courses:


  • EDUC 5455 - Mathematics for Elementary Teachers K-8: Numbers and Operations 3 credits
  • EDUC 5505 – Mathematics for Elementary Teachers K-8: Rational Numbers and Proportional Reasoning 3 credits
  • EDUC 5515 – Mathematics for Elementary Teachers K-8: Algebraic Reasoning 3 credits
  • EDUC 5525 – Mathematics for Elementary Teachers K-8: Geometry and Measurement credits
  • EDUC 5535 – Mathematics for Elementary Teachers K-8: Data Analysis and Problem-solving 3 credits
  • EDUC 5555 – Mathematics for Elementary Teachers K-8: Assessment and Intervention 3 credits
