Requirements (18 Credits)

In addition to the minimum requirements, applicants to this program must also submit:

Proof of teaching license or equivalent
One letter of reference from most recent education supervisor (superintendent or principal)

EESL 6300 - Methods & Materials for Teaching ESL 3 credits
EESL 6310 - Theories for the Acquisition of a Second Language 3 credits
EESL 6320 - Testing & Evaluation of Pupils Studying ESL 3 credits
EESL 6330 - Developing a Curriculum for Pupils Studying ESL 3 credits
EESL 6340 - Integrating Language Acquisition into Content Instruction 3 credits
EESL 6350 - Family/Parent Involvement in Education 3 credits

Note:

Some courses may be waived if transcripts verify comparable coursework.
