AA 6110 - Legal Issues in the Arts

Students will gain an understanding of essential legislation and legal issues pertaining to professional arts management. Healthcare, union negotiation and collective bargaining, privacy, discrimination, intellectual and cultural property rights, and copyright law will all be discussed through reading, case studies, and critical analysis.
