CJ 1330 - Criminal Law3 credits
An examination of substantive criminal law which includes definition of law, definition of crime, general principles of criminal responsibility, elements of the principle crimes, punishments, and conditions or circumstances which may excuse the accused from criminal responsibility or mitigate punishment.
