ANTH 3300 - Anthropology of Sex and Gender

3 credits

This course uses an anthropological perspective in order to investigate the relationship between sex, the biological attributes by which a person is deemed “male” or “female”, and gender, the norms and ideals associating appropriate roles, behaviors and sexualities with men, women, and inter-gendered individuals. (Spring Even Years)
