ENGL 2870 - Introduction to Editing

This course is designed to introduce students to basic concepts in text editing and provide students with practical, transferable editing skills. The course will provide an overview of modern editing conventions and theories, along with practical editing skills in each of three major editing domains: Developmental editing, line editing, and copy editing.
