Using a species-comparative approach, this course explores the molecular, cellular, and physiological aspects of the endocrine system in vertebrates. Students learn the principles of bioregulation in vertebrates, how to study bioregulatory pathways, and the clinical aspects and diseases associated with endocrine system dysfunction.
