Course topics include successful employee onboarding and learning/training development, performance management, managing compensation and incentive rewards, employee benefits management, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Global HRM, coaching and documentation through corrective & disciplinary action, and employee rights regarding termination & layoffs.
