CHEM 3515 - Biological Chemistry Lab

This lab will introduce basic methods for purifying and analyzing biomolecules, including chromatography, differential solubility techniques, electrophoresis, DNA sequencing, UV-visible spectroscopy, and enzyme activity assays.
