CHEM 3515 - Biological Chemistry Lab 1 Credit(s) | $10 Fee
This lab will introduce basic methods for purifying and analyzing biomolecules, including chromatography, differential solubility techniques, electrophoresis, DNA sequencing, UV-visible spectroscopy, and enzyme activity assays. Students will also learn basic techniques for DNA and control of protein expression. (Fall) [Graded (Standard Letter)]
