BIOL 4410 - Animal Behavior 3 Credit(s) | $30 Fee
Study of adaptive value of animal behavior and behavioral diversity, including foraging, territoriality, communication, mating systems, sexual selection, and social behavior, with emphasis on evolutionary and ecological interpretations. Three (3) hours of lecture per week. Field trip to the Pacific Ocean may be scheduled. A minimum grade of “C” (2.0 or above) must be earned in this course before it can be counted in a biological science major or minor or as a prerequisite for any other biology course.
