ENGR 1030 - Computer-Aided Design and Analysis Using Solidworks 3 Credit(s) | $36 Fee
In this course the student will be introduced to the most current 3D solid modeling concepts and principles of parametric design using the SolidWorks software. The student will be introduced to the process of creating and applying robust design principles to intermediate parametric solid models and assemblies. The process of developing and applying formulas as well as spreadsheets to these parametric designs will be presented and applied. The analysis, animation, and simulation will be presented and applied. The most current solid modeling concepts will be introduced and experienced by the students through lecture, training videos, tutorials, and real design projects.
