NURS 3261 - Health Promotion and Education for the RN to BSN

This course focuses on the exploration of health promotion and disease prevention across the lifespan. Emphasis is placed on health risk factors, preparation for health teaching using teaching and learning principles, and assessment of learner needs and readiness to learn. This course is designed for the student enrolled in the RN to BSN program. Must be completed with a grade of “C” (2.0) or better. (Fall - 2nd Session, Spring - 2nd Session, Summer - 2nd Session) [Graded (Standard Letter)]
