SPED 6110 - History and Law 3 Credit(s)
This course examines the history of American education and law over the last 500 years. The roles of the federal, state, and local governments in education will also be a focus of the course. Particular emphasis will be placed on how IDEA and other federal laws impact education. (Summer) [Graded (Standard Letter)]
