Lab experiences designed to accompany and support the discussion of ingredients, manipulation, techniques, and food preparation methods discussions in NFS 1240. A minimum grade of “C” (2.0) or higher must be earned in this course before it can be counted in a Human Nutrition major or minor as a prerequisite for any other nutrition course. (Spring) [Graded]
