This course explores the differences between leadership and management and how each can apply to the public and nonprofit professional. Students will complete self-assessments and evaluate personal strengths and weaknesses as they learn how ethical guidelines, organization theories, human behaviors, and public sector values impact leaders and managers in the public and nonprofit sectors.
