NFS 1245 - Introduction to Food Preparation Lab1 Credit(s)
Lab experiences designed to accompany and support the discussion of ingredients, manipulation, techniques, and food preparation methods discussions in NFS 1240 . A minimum grade of C (2.0 or above) must be earned in this course before it can be counted in a Human Nutrition major or minor as a prerequisite for any other nutrition course. Instructor signature required for enrollment. Must be a Human Nutrition major to enroll. (Spring)
