AA 6040 - Legal Issues, Art & Society3 credits
In this course students will gain a knowledge of legal issues affecting them in arts management, including First Amendment rights, freedom of expression, intellectual property rights, and cultural property rights. Students will be able to articulate the development of public arts policy at the local, state, national, and international level. (On-Campus: Spring Odd Years / Online: Fall)
