LEGL 2900 - Administrative Law

This course introduces the field of administrative law by studying the structure and function of administrative agencies, as well as statutory and regulatory procedures governing them.  Emphasis will be given to delegation of governmental powers, due process consideration, agency rule-making and record keeping activities.  Agency hearing and decision-making powers will also be reviewed.
